Application period for the Professional Integration HUB 3.0 closed
The application period for the third round of the Professional Integration HUB 3.0, a three-month paid internship program for Ukrainian female professionals in Austria, officially closed on July 11, 2025. This year, we received over 200 applications from Ukrainian women who are eager to integrate into the Austrian professional environment, unlock their potential, and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery.
The selection process will take place from July 11 to August 21, 2025, and will be conducted in three stages:

Technical Selection – eligibility check and CV review

Intermediate Selection – online interview with representatives of ERSTE Foundation and the European Centre for Freedom and Independence (EUCFI)

Final Selection – interview with representatives of the hosting organization
The results will be announced on August 22, 2025.
The internship period will run from September 1 to November 30, 2025.
The program is initiated and funded by ERSTE Foundation and implemented by the European Centre for Freedom and Independence (EUCFI).
